Ingredientsbircher muesli

  • 1 cup oats (rice flakes or rice bubbles for gluten free)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 dates, chopped
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 tsp honey (maple syrup for vegan)
  • 4 strawberries

Directions

  1. In a bowl add oats, vanilla, cinnamon, coconut milk, chopped dates & desiccated coconut
  2. Mix until combined
  3. Cover & keep in fridge overnight
  4. Top with honey, strawberries & dash of cinnamon
