Ingredients
- 1 cup oats (rice flakes or rice bubbles for gluten free)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 dates, chopped
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 2 tsp honey (maple syrup for vegan)
- 4 strawberries
Directions
- In a bowl add oats, vanilla, cinnamon, coconut milk, chopped dates & desiccated coconut
- Mix until combined
- Cover & keep in fridge overnight
- Top with honey, strawberries & dash of cinnamon
