Ingredientsgranola

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 goji berries
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup buckwheat groats
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 170 deg and line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Mix all ingredients, until coconut oil has coated all ingredients
  3. Spread out on baking tray and cook for approx 15 mins or until granola is browned
