Ingredientsporridge

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1- 1.5 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
  • 2Β passionfruit
  • maple syrup

Directions

  1. In a pot, add oats, milk and cinnamon
  2. Turn heat to high and when porridge starts to boil, turn down to medium and let simmer
  3. Once oats are cooked, add mashed banana, coconut & 1 passionfruit
  4. Pour porridge into a bowl and top with passionfruit, coconut and maple syrup
