Ingredients
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 200g tofu
- 1 cup mushrooms chopped
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 capsicum chopped
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Preheat oil in a large pan over high heat
- Add tofu to the pan & mush using a wooden spoon
- Add salt, pepper, turmeric, paprika & cumin. Sauté until tofu browns
- Add mushrooms, spinach & capsicum. Sauté until soft
- Remove from pan & enjoy
