Ingredients 1 frozen banana handful frozen blueberries 1 cup almond milk Directions Blend frozen banana, frozen blueberries & almond milk in blender until think and smooth Pour into bowl and top with your favourite toppings I used: bee pollen, coconut, gluten free granola, cacao nibs & chia seeds

CHOCOLATE PROTEIN FRAPPE

Ingredients 2 tbsp cacao powder 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder 12 ice cubes 1.5 cup water 2 tsp of each: chia seeds, hemp seeds & flaxseeds Cacao nibs Directions Blend all ingredients in blender until ice is blended. Top with cacao nibs
