Ingredients
- 3 beetroots chopped
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey (maple syrup for vegans)
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 deg & line a baking tray with baking paper
- In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix until beetroot is coated
- Pour onto baking tray and into oven
- Cook for approx 20-30 mins, tossing throughout
