Ingredientsroasted beetroot

  • 3 beetroots chopped
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey (maple syrup for vegans)
  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg & line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix until beetroot is coated
  3. Pour onto baking tray and into oven
  4. Cook for approx 20-30 mins, tossing throughout
