  • Soft shell tacos
  • Scotch fillet steak
  • Paprika
  • Cumin
  • Olive oil
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Corriander
  • Lemon or lime juice
  • Salt & pepper
  • Avocado
  • Purple cabbage


  1. Put 1:1 of paprika & cumin in a shallow bowl and rub over the scotch fillet & cook in a hot pan until cook to desired rareness.
  2. While the steak is cooking, chop cherry tomatoes, cucumber and corriander and put in a small bowl with some olive oil, lemon/lime juice, salt & pepper. Set aside.
  3. Mash avocado in a small bowl and add a dash of olive oil, some lemon/lime juice, salt & pepper.
  4. Cut the cabbage into thin slices.
  5. Heat the tacos, following the packet instructions.
  6. Let everyone assemble their own tacos!
