IngredientsΒ 
- 2 beetroots chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp cumin
- dash paprika
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 deg
- In a bowl add beetroot, balsamic, honey, salt & pepper
- Mix until beetroot is coated & place on lined baking tray & into oven
- Cook for approx 20-30min. Remove & let cool
- In a blender, add all ingredients & blend until combined
