• gluten free bread crumbs
  • eggs (whisked)
  • gluten free flour
  • fish fillets
  • salt & pepper
  • coconut oil


  1. Coat fish in a thin layer of gluten free flour
  2. Then coat in egg & into bread crumbs
  3. Preheat coconut oil in a pan over high heat
  4. Once all fish fillets are coated, add to pan and season with salt & pepper
  5. Put lid on pan and turn heat down to medium
  6. Cook until golden and then flip
  7. Cook until fish is cooked through
  8. Season with salt, pepper & lemon
