  • 2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • pinch of salt


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Lay the dough on the bench with flour and knead for 10 mins. Adding flour when needed
  3. Let rest in an oiled bowl, covered with cling wrap for 45 mins
  4. Preheat oven to 180 deg
  5. After 45 mins, knead out the dough and roll to desired thickness, with a rolling pin
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and put in oven for approx 8 mins
  7. Remove from oven and add your desired toppings
  8. Cook until golden brown
