Ingredientshummus

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • sprinkle of paprika or cayenne pepper
  • sprinkle of salt

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth*

* Add some of the water from the chickpea can if the mixture needs to be thinned out
