Ingredientsnoodle bowl

  • 1 packet buckwheat soba noodles
  • 1 bunch broccolini, chopped
  • 1-2 fillets hot smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 4 tbsp gluten free soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp mirin
  • sea salt
  • lime juice (for serving)
  • optional: sesame seeds

* Omit Salmon for vegan option

Directions

  • Bring a pot of water to boil. Add salt & buckwheat noodles & cook as per instructions
  • When cooked, rinse under cold water to stop them from sticking together
  • In a large pan or wok, over high heat add ginger, sesame oil, pinch of salt & chill flakes
  • Sauté for a couple of minutes
  • Add the broccolini & sauté until just softened
  • Add soy sauce & mirin to the pan & stir
  • Add salmon & buckwheat noodles and mix until combined & heated through
  • Enjoy with a squeeze of lime juice & sesame seeds on top
