Ingredientsroast vegetables

  • Sweet potato
  • Broccolini
  • Kale
  • Green beans
  • Rocket
  • Capsicum
  • Carrot
  • Zucchini
  • Mushrooms
  • Almonds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Chop all veggies
  2. Heat a pan over high heat and add coconut oil and veggies
  3. Sauté until softened and browned
  4. Add almonds, seeds and spices
  5. ENJOY
