Ingredientscoconut joys

  • 1.5 cups desiccated coconut
  • 6 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour (don’t have to have this)
  • 9 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 9 tbsp cacao
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • pinch of salt


  1. Mix desiccated coconut, coconut oil, agave, vanilla & coconut flour together and put small balls on a baking tray, lined with grease proof paper and put in the freezer while you make the chocolate!
  2. Mix coconut oil, cacao, agave & salt together. Dip each coconut joy into the chocolate and put back in freezer for a couple of minutes, then repeat. Place almond on top if you want and freeze until you’re ready to eat them!!
