• Mixed salad greens
  • Kale
  • Purple cabbage
  • Cucumber

  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Lime juice


  1. Chop all veggies and add to a bowl
  2. Add a squeeze of lime juice and drizzle with olive oil & balsamic vinegar
  3. Enjoy your tasty, vibrant salad!

* You can use ANY vegetables you like. It’s a great way to use all the veggies in the fridge!

* I usually add some sort of protein to my salads. EG Tinned tuna or salmon, smoked salmon, eggs etc.
