Ingredientskale and almond salad

  • cooked buckwheat or quinoa
  • chopped kale
  • chopped almonds
  • pomegranate
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine buckwheat or quinoa with kale, almonds & pomegranate seeds
  2. Squeeze lemon over salad and toss
  3. Combine olive oil & apple cider vinegar and pour over salad

We enjoyed ours with eggs and some Pats VegΒ fermented veggies!
