** I have a weird phobia of garlic breath so I made a garlic free hummus!
- 400g can chickpeas
- 4tbsp tahini
- juice of 1 lemon
- pinch paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Process all ingredients in a blender or processor until combined and a smooth consistence is formed.
