  • 400g can chickpeas
  • 4tbsp tahini
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • pinch paprika
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp salt

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender or processor until combined and a smooth consistence is formed.
