  • 6 potatoes chopped
  • 1 bunch continental parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup whole egg mayo
  • 2 tbsp seeded mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft
  2. When potatoes are cooled, mix in a bowl with all other ingredients
  3. Serve and enjoy!
