Ingredients
- 6 potatoes chopped
- 1 bunch continental parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup whole egg mayo
- 2 tbsp seeded mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- pinch salt
Directions
- Boil the potatoes until soft
- When potatoes are cooled, mix in a bowl with all other ingredients
- Serve and enjoy!
