Ingredients
- 1 piece hot smoked salmon
- chat potatoes
- sea salt
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- 1 tsp organic butter (Nutalex for dairy free)
- 1 egg
- 2 pickles, chopped
- cos lettuce, chopped
- continental parsley, chopped
- cucumber, chopped
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- In a pot add water and bring to boil
- Add potatoes & pinch of salt
- While the potatoes cook prepare the dressing
- In a small bowl add tahini, soy sauce, honey, fish sauce & lemon
- Whisk until combined
- In a pot add water and bring to boil
- Add the egg and cook for 4-5 mins
- Remove and run under cold water. Peel egg
- Once potatoes are cooked, strain and add dill & butter
- Mix until potatoes are coated
- Add cos lettuce, continental parsley, cucumber & dressing to a plate
- Add chopped pickles, egg, potatoes & salmon
- Drizzle with some lemon juice
