Ingredientssalmon and potatoes

  • 1 piece hot smoked salmon
  • chat potatoes
  • sea salt
  • 1 tsp chopped dill
  • 1 tsp organic butter (Nutalex for dairy free)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pickles, chopped
  • cos lettuce, chopped
  • continental parsley, chopped
  • cucumber, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. In a pot add water and bring to boil
  2. Add potatoes & pinch of salt
  3. While the potatoes cook prepare the dressing
  4. In a small bowl add tahini, soy sauce, honey, fish sauce & lemon
  5. Whisk until combined
  6. In a pot add water and bring to boil
  7. Add the egg and cook for 4-5 mins
  8. Remove and run under cold water. Peel egg
  9. Once potatoes are cooked, strain and add dill & butter
  10. Mix until potatoes are coated
  11. Add cos lettuce, continental parsley, cucumber & dressing to a plate
  12. Add chopped pickles, egg, potatoes & salmon
  13. Drizzle with some lemon juice
