Ingredientsfried rice

  • Coconut oil (or olive oil)
  • Brown onion
  • Capsicum
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • Grated carrot
  • Cooked brown rice
  • lettuce
  • Cabbage
  • Cucumber
  • Coriander
  • hemp, flax & chia seeds (or any seeds you have!)
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Put 1 tbsp coconut oil in a hot pan with chopped onion & capsicum. Cook until browned.
  2. Add turmeric, coriander & cumin to pan and cook until onion & capsicum are coated.
  3. Add brown rice, chopped cucumber, lettuce, cabbage, grated carrot, seeds & corriander.
  4. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  5. While cooking this, fry an egg in a fry pan.
