Ingredientschoc chip cookies

  • 300g almond meal
  • 6 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp rice malt syrup (or any sweetener)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 100g dairy free dark chocolate chopped (I used sugar free also)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 150 deg
  2. Combine 4 ingredients into a dough
  3. Add chocolate and mix
  4. Spoon onto lined baking tray & cook for 20 mins, until golden brown
