  • Coconut oil
  • 1 egg (no egg for vegan)
  • Cooked brown rice
  • 1 zucchini
  • handful mushrooms
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 capsicum
  • handful chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds & chia seeds
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Chop all veggies
  2. Fry egg in a heated pan with a bit of oil and remove when cooked. Chop into small squares.
  3. Heat some coconut oil in the pan and add all ingredients.
  4. Cook until heated through & add egg & mix.
