Ingredientscaramel protein shake

  • 1Β banana
  • 1 cup almond & coconut milk blend (or milk of choice)
  • handful of ice
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut or vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 2 tsp honey (maple syrup for vegans)
  • 2 fresh dates
  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend until combined
