Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or rice malt syrup
- 1/3 cup cacao
- pinch salt
- cranberries
- pistachios
- coconut
Directions
- In a pot, over low heat, add coconut oil, sweetener, cacao and salt
- Stir until melted and combined
- Add cranberries, pistachios and coconut
- Pour onto lined baking tray and freeze for a few hours
- Remove from freezer and break into pieces
