Ingredientschocolate bark

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or rice malt syrup
  • 1/3 cup cacao
  • pinch salt
  • cranberries
  • pistachios
  • coconut


  1. In a pot, over low heat, add coconut oil, sweetener, cacao and salt
  2. Stir until melted and combined
  3. Add cranberries, pistachios and coconut
  4. Pour onto lined baking tray and freeze for a few hours
  5. Remove from freezer and break into pieces
