  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 8 dates
  • 1 cup melted non-dairy dark chocolate

Directions

  1.  In a food processor, process the pecans and walnuts
  2. Add the dates and process until mixture resembles a nut meal
  3. Add the melted chocolate and mix with a wooden spoon until a paste is formed
  4. Using a small spoon, make small balls and put onto a baking tray
  5. Cool in the fridge until hardened
