Ingredientschoc chip doughnuts

  • 6 eggs (flax eggs for vegan)
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  •  1/2 cup rice malt syrup (or other sweetener)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup sugar free & dairy free chocolate, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 deg & heavily grease doughnut pan with melted coconut oil
  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl & add all other ingredients (other than banana & choc chips) & mix well
  3. Fold the banana & choc chips through the mixture
  4. Pour the mixture into the doughnut moulds
  5. Bake for approx 10-12 mins, until golden brown
  6. Let cool for 10 mins and then remove from moulds
