Ingredientsgranola bars

  • 1.5 cups almond meal or LSA and/or oats
  • 1 cup chopped nuts of your choice (I used walnuts)
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkins seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 3/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup rice malt syrup
  • 250g jar almond butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg
  2. In a large bowl, add all nuts, seeds & cranberries
  3. In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat
  4. Add almond butter & rice malt syrup to saucepan and stir until mixed
  5. Add liquid mixture to dry mixture
  6. Stir until dry ingredients are coated*
  7. Place into a lined baking dish and pat down so it is compact
  8. Cook for approx 10-15 mins or until golden brown
  9. Let it cool and then refrigerate before cutting into bars

* You want a sticky consistency so you may have to add more liquid mixture
