Ingredientsnutella gelato

  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp avocado
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup cacao*

Directions

  1. Turn the oven griller on and place hazelnuts on a lined baking tray
  2. Cook under griller until golden, remove and chop into chunks
  3. Add all other ingredients to a high powdered blender and blend until combined**
  4. Add hazelnuts and pulse once or twice
  5. Serve & enjoy!

* Might need to add more to make it more chocolatey

** The mixture should be thick so you may need to stop, mix with a spoon and mix it again
