Makes approx 30 balls

Ingredientsraw balls

  • 2.5 cups dried dates
  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/3 cup cacao
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 5 tbsp 100% peanut butter

Directions

  1. In a bowl add dates & pour over boiling water
  2. Let sit for approx 15 mins
  3. In a large bowl add almond meal, coconut, cacao & salt
  4. In a high powdered blender add the softened dates (not the water)
  5. Blend until a date paste is formed
  6. Add date paste & peanut butter to the bowl & mix until combined
  7. Roll mixture into balls & store in a container in the freezer
