Ingredientspeanut butter oat slice

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 3/4 rice malt syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbs cacao
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Directions

  1. In a pot, add coconut oil, rice malt syrup, peanut butter & cacao
  2. Place over medium heat & stir until combined
  3. In a large bowl, add oats, coconut & sunflower seeds
  4. Add peanut butter mixture to the oat mixture & stir until combined
  5. Line a baking tray with baking paper, add mixture & put in freezer
  6. Leave for at least an hour & keep in freezer
