Ingredientsrosemary sea salt brownie

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup maple syrup or rice malt syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • sea salt (to top with)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg & line a baking tin with baking paper
  2. In a large bowl add coconut flour, cacao, salt & rosemary and mix
  3. In another bowl add 5 eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, coconut oil & almond milk and whisk until combined
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined
  5. Pour mixture into lined baking tray and into over
  6. Cook for approx 15-20 mins or until just cooked
