Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup maple syrup or rice malt syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- sea salt (to top with)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 deg & line a baking tin with baking paper
- In a large bowl add coconut flour, cacao, salt & rosemary and mix
- In another bowl add 5 eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, coconut oil & almond milk and whisk until combined
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined
- Pour mixture into lined baking tray and into over
- Cook for approx 15-20 mins or until just cooked
