  1. 1/2 cup coconut water
  2. 1/2 cup almond milk
  3. 1 frozen banana
  4. 1 tbsp avocado
  5. 1 tbsp peanut butter
  6. 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  7. dash cinnamon
  8. pinch salt
  9. 1 tsp honey (maple syrup for vegan)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender
  2. Put on high power for 2 minutes or until ingredients have blended
