- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 3/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups buckwheat
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor until a thick mixture is formed.
- Roll small balls and coat in desiccated coconut.
- Put in the freezer until ready to be eaten.
