Ingredients

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups buckwheat

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until a thick mixture is formed.
  2. Roll small balls and coat in desiccated coconut.
  3. Put in the freezer until ready to be eaten.
